How to find the right dimensions for your whirlpool cover.

When measuring the length and width, make sure you give us the measurements in centimetres and always round up to the nearest centimetre. When measuring, a little too much is better than a little too little. One centimeter too much in length won't make much difference, the cover will still fit, but one centimeter too little and the hot tub cover won't fit at all.

Measure the corner radius correctly

The most important thing is that you do NOT choose a radius that is too large. If you measure the radius too large, it will NOT cover the radius corner. If you measure the radius too small, this is not a problem. The lid may protrude a little, but this is hardly noticeable. If in doubt, always measure a little smaller than a radius that is too large.

Perfekte Maßanfertigung

Das neue Cover passt perfekt auf unseren Whirkpool. Auch das verwendete Material gefällt, bleibt natürlich noch abzuwarten ob es auch langfristig hält.
Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen, ... der Keil zwischen den beiden Hälften welcher im geschlossenen Zustand das Cover abdichten soll ist etwas dünn, hier kann leider Wärme entweichen :-)

Swim Spa Cover Maßanfertigung 320 bis 500 cm - 2 Teilig

Das Produkt ist sehr gut.
Die Beschreibung des Zusammenbau ist nicht zufriedenstellend .
Auch sollte man die Isolierung berücksichtigen bei den beiden Alublechen die im Cover eingeschoben werden.Die gelieferten Alubleche sind nur geeignet bei der normal Isolierung.
Ich musste 2 neue anfertigen lassen mit einer höheren Seite um genug Platz fürs bohren zu haben.

Der Lifter für die Abdeckung hat nach 7 Jahren weniger zu heben.
Optisch schaut die Abdeckung besser aus als die Alte und passt auch sehr viel besser an den Ecken mit 15mm Radius
