Outer cover in Marine Vinyl or Weathershield
Choose between Marine Vinyl and Weathershield. Drag the slider to compare both surfaces. The zippers are rust- and corrosion-resistant.
2 materials to choose from150-micron heat seal
The special PVC heat seal gives the foam core extra protection against moisture. This keeps the insulation performing longer and makes the cover last longer.
150 µm PVC filmEmbedded galvanized U-channel
Galvanized steel U-channels provide high stability and torsional rigidity. Because they sit inside the core, they don't touch the vapor barrier, and thermal bridging is reduced.
Galvanized steelFully insulated hinge, end to end
The heat-sealed hinge reduces heat loss in the sensitive hinge area. More heat stays in your hot tub.
Insulated along the full lengthProtective skirt
The all-round skirt protects the top edge and acrylic of your hot tub from weather and dirt and gives a clean finish.
15 cm standard lengthLockable safety straps
Four safety straps hold the cover securely on the tub. The lockable design adds extra protection.
4 straps · approx. 100 cm apartSturdy handles
The reinforced handles make lifting the cover safe and gentle. Robust materials and UV-resistant seams are built for long-term use.
On 2 opposite sidesPolystyrene foam core
The polystyrene foam core provides strong insulation and high dimensional stability. The tapered shape lets water run off so no puddles form.
